CMS10Y definition
CMS10Y means, in respect of a calendar day, the rate determined in accordance with the definition of "EUR-ISDA-EURIBOR Swap Rate", where the "Designated Maturity" is ten years, provided that (i) such rate in respect of the fifth Business Day falling prior to the Scheduled Interest Payment Date on which such Interest Period ends (but which is not included in such Interest Period) shall be the "CMS10Y" in respect of each calendar day immediately following such fifth Business Day until the last calendar day of such Interest Period, and (ii) if a calendar day in such Interest Period is not a Business Day, the "CMS10Y" in respect of such calendar day means the CMS10Y in respect of the Business Day immediately preceding such calendar day.
CMS10Y means the EUR constant maturity swap rate (EUR-ISDA-EURIBOR Swap Rate) with a designated maturity of 10 years as quoted on an annual 30/360 basis vs 6 month EURIBOR as determined by reference to the first column on Reuters page ISDAFIX2 as at 10.00 a.m. (London time) on the day that is two Business Days prior to the first day of each Interest Period (or such successor page nominated for the purpose or, if no such successor page is available, as determined by the Calculation Agent using its reasonable discretion).
CMS10Y means the 10 Year Euro ISDA EURIBOR Swap Rate, which is further described in the 2006 ISDA Definitions under “EUR-ISDA-EURIBOR Swap Rate-11:00” (reference is to the Reuters Screen ISDAFIX2 Page under the heading “EURIBOR BASIS-EUR” as of 11:00 a.m., Frankfurt) save that the Designated Maturity is 10 Years on each relevant day that such rate is published. The CMS10Y rate is determined on the second Payment Business Day prior to the start of any Interest Accrual Period; and
