CMS Requirements definition

CMS Requirements means those requirements of CMS relating to the Project, as are set forth in Exhibit P to the Prime Contract.
CMS Requirements means the provisions of Parts C and D of Title XVIII of the Social Security Act, CMS Medicare Part C and D regulations at 42 C.F.R. Parts 422 and 423, the CMS Managed Care and Prescription Drug Benefit Manuals, other CMS instructions and guidance and the provisions of Florida Blue’s contracts with CMS to offer the Medicare Plans.

  • Participating Producers and its Personnel must provide notice to employees through the use of posters, table tents, mouse pads or other forms of notice that individuals have a duty to report any observed or suspected noncompliance with Laws or CMS Requirements or potential fraud, waste or abuse.

  • If required, such recoupment or chargeback will be done in a manner that is compliant with Laws and CMS Requirements.

  • Participating Producer and its Personnel will comply with all Laws, including, but not limited to, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”) and the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (“HITECH”) Act, and CMS Requirements regarding privacy and confidentiality of a Beneficiary’s protected health information (“PHI”).

  • Participating Producer agrees that it will market and sell Summit Health Medicare Advantage Plans in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the General Agent Agreement, CMS Requirements, and the Law.

Related to CMS Requirements

  • OHS Requirements means all Laws applicable to the Supply and related to occupational health or safety, and all of the City Policies that relate to occupational health or safety, and includes without limitation the WCA;

  • Listings Requirements means the listings requirements of the JSE from time to time;

  • Program Requirements means that Partner has to fulfill certain program requirements as described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model and the PartnerEdge Program Guide.

  • Services Requirements means the requirements of the Authority or any other Contracting Body (as appropriate) for the Services from time to time;

  • MREL Requirements means the laws, regulations, requirements, guidelines, rules, standards and policies relating to minimum requirements for own funds and eligible liabilities applicable to the Issuer and/or the Group, from time to time, (including any applicable transitional or grandfathering provisions), including, without limitation to the generality of the foregoing, any delegated or implementing acts (such as regulatory technical standards) adopted by the European Commission and any regulations, requirements, guidelines, rules, standards and policies relating to minimum requirements for own funds and eligible liabilities adopted by the Federal Republic of Germany or the Republic of Italy, a relevant resolution authority or the European Banking Authority from time to time (whether or not such requirements, guidelines or policies are applied generally or specifically to the Issuer and/or the Group), as any of the preceding laws, regulations, requirements, guidelines, rules, standards, policies or interpretations may be amended, supplemented, superseded or replaced from time to time.
