Participating Producer and its Personnel will comply with all Laws, including, but not limited to, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”) and the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (“HITECH”) Act, and CMS Requirements regarding privacy and confidentiality of a Beneficiary’s protected health information (“PHI”).
Participating Producer agrees that it will market and sell Summit Health Medicare Advantage Plans in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the General Agent Agreement, CMS Requirements, and the Law.
