DTSC will provide the public with an opportunity to review and comment on the final draft of the CMS Report, DTSC's proposed corrective measures for the Facility, and DTSC's justification for selection of such corrective measures.
If Purchaser and Seller reach agreement as to the True-Up Amount relating to any CMS Report during such 30 Business Day period, such True-Up Amount and each other item and amount relating to the calculation thereof that is agreed upon by the parties in connection with their agreement as to such True-Up Amount shall be final and binding upon Purchaser and Seller for all purposes of this Agreement.
