Upon acceptance of this Sales Agreement by Extrel CMS, LLC (“Extrel”), Extrel will provide to Purchaser identified herein, the Equipment and/or Services comprising Purchaser’s order as detailed in the attached Proposal to this Sales Agreement, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sales Agreement.
