CMS Licence definition

CMS Licence means a capital markets service licence granted by the MAS pursuant to Section 86 of the SFA;
CMS Licence means the capital markets services licence for real estate investment trust management dated 4 July 2019, issued by the MAS to the Manager.
CMS Licence means capital markets services licence;
