CMS Contractor definition

CMS Contractor means the Coordination of Benefits Contractor (COBC) that has been designated to administer CMS’ COBA activities.
CMS Contractor means a Contractor authorized to provide Correspondence Management System (CMS) Services to a Client under a Contract.
