In case, the Licensee encroaches upon the common area, circulating area or any other space then a fine/ compensation @ Rs.500/- on the first occasion, Rs.2,000/- on the second occasion and Rs.3,000/- after second occasion shall be imposed by CMRL.

In the event that any one of the services provided by CMRL be interrupted or suspended by reason of accident, repair, alterations, strikes, lockout, and except as hereinafter provided, CMRL shall not be liable to the Licensee therefore provided however that CMRL shall use its best efforts to restore such services within a reasonable period.
If any Force Majeure continues for a period of three months, the party notifying the Force Majeure condition may be entitled to, though not being obliged, to terminate this agreement by giving a notice of one week to the other party and interest free Security Deposit shall be refunded by CMRL to the Licensee after adjusting outstanding dues, if any.
