CMR Terms definition
CMR Terms means the International Convention on the Contract for the Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR) or such replacement or additional regulation as in force as at the date of the Order Confirmation; "Commencement Date" has the meaning given in clause 2.2;
CMR Terms means these Construction, Maintenance and Repair Supplemental Terms.
