The FAIR MANAGER warrants that he has not employed or retained any company or person to solicit or secure this contract that he has not paid or agreed to pay any company or person any fee, commission, percentage, brokerage fee, gifts, or any other consideration, contingent upon or resulting from the award or making of this Agreement.
Instead, where so agreed in any applicable Service Order, the Customer may be granted the right to administer and manage the virtual machines and server capacity procured on its behalf by Accenture as part of the Infrastructure Services solely using the CMP Service (as further described in the Exhibit 2, CMP Services Description attached to a Service Order).
