CMI AGREEMENT definition
CMI AGREEMENT is defined in Section 4.9.
CMI AGREEMENT means the agreement between CIC and CMI in the form attached hereto as Exhibit E, which agreement sets forth CMI's obligations to guaranty Buyer's performance under this Agreement.
