CMF Services definition
CMF Services means the provision, directly or indirectly, of custody, mutual fund accounting or fund administration services to a Mutual Fund or to any other Person obligated to provide such services to a Mutual Fund. For clarity, CMF Services shall include services provided for the benefit of a Mutual Fund pursuant to any sub-custody, sub-accounting, or sub-administration or similar or comparable arrangement.
Examples of CMF Services in a sentence
With respect to the provision of Bundled Services to any Mutual Fund, DST or its Affiliates may, in their discretion, refer to State Street or its Affiliates the opportunity to provide CMF Services to any such Mutual Fund as part of a Bundling Arrangement.
