CME Fee definition

CME Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(f).
CME Fee means any termination fee due to CME pursuant to the terms of the CME Merger Agreement.

  • Because the proposed rule change would remove content that is separately covered by existing CME Fee Schedule and applicable Fee Policy Bulletins currently available on CME’s Web site, the proposed administrative changes would simply streamline the language in CME Rule 850 without having the effect of making any substantive changes to existing rules.

  • Reservation Fee means the fee set forth in the applicable Program Guide, relating to the aggregate principal amount of the particular Mortgage Loans which the Participant has committed to originate and sell to the Servicer (which is not applicable to MCC stand-alone product) pursuant to a Reservation Request, payable contemporaneously with the submission of the corresponding application package, all in accordance with the procedures set forth in the applicable Program Guide.
