  • If the Early Work Price is a not-to-exceed budget, then CM/GC shall be obligated to perform the Early Work only to the extent that the Cost of Work therefor, together with the CM/GC Fee, does not exceed the Early Work Price; however if CM/CG performs Early Work with a cost in excess of the Early Work Price the CM/GC shall pay such excess cost without reimbursement.

  • Such Expenses shall include, but not be limited to, transportation of any of CMCG senior personnel, employees or associates on business related to the engagement, cost of hotels, meals, etc.

  • This applies to any CMCG personnel which the Company may subsequently hire.

  • CMCG will submit subsequent consulting service fee and Expense invoices on the Monday following each week in which consulting services are provided.

  • As this project will be part of a TJPA bid and construction package, the QA/QC will be implemented by the TJPA’s and its Construction Management/General Contractor’s (CM/CG) QA/QC Procedures in accordance with TJPA Quality Management System (QMS).
