CMB Export, by executing this Agreement, hereby guarantees the performance of Lender under this Section 4.2(b) and the payment of any amounts owed by Lender to Borrower pursuant to this Section 4.2(b).
Borrower shall pay the Facility Fee within thirty (30) days after the date determined by the previous sentence, which Facility Fee shall be remitted by Borrower to CMB Export from other legally available funds of Borrower.
