CMAR definition

CMAR s Senior Representative" means the person designated in Article 7.3.2.
CMAR means construction management at-risk as defined in La. R.S. 38:2225.2.4.

CMAR means the Construction Manager at Risk which enters into a Contract with Valleywise Health to construct the Project pursuant to this ROQ.

CMAR shall have the meaning set forth in the Stadium Development Agreement. “Commissioner” shall mean the Commissioner of the NFL.
CMAR means Client Money and Asset Return as defined in the Authority’s Handbook;
CMAR means the selected Respondent in this procurement and the construction manager at risk that will enter into the Contract with the Owner.
