ITUNES will pay COMPANY the CMA Wholesale Price (as defined in this paragraph) for each CMA Transaction.
Each CMA Transaction will be reflected on sales and royalty reports as follows: (i) a new sale of the full CMA Album at the Regular Wholesale Price, identified as a CMA sale; and (ii) a return (i.e., negative royalty) for each Purchased Track contained on the CMA Album in the amount ITUNES previously paid for the Purchased Track to COMPANY, each identified as a CMA return.
