CM SYSTEM means that certain Technology Controlled by CK as of the Effective Date or during the Research Term consisting of the Cytometrix(TM) cellular phenotyping technologies system employing high-throughput fluidics, automation, microscopy, imaging analysis and advanced bioinformatics to automate cellular phenotyping, as described in more detail on EXHIBIT 1.15.
