Tenant acknowledges that the Substitution Space is currently leased by Landlord (as successor in interest to CM Capital Corporation) to Citibank (West), FSB (“Citibank”) pursuant to the terms of a lease dated January 2, 1997, as the same may be amended from time to time (the “Existing Lease”).
