Cluster Node definition

Cluster Node means a device that is dedicated to running clustered HPC applications (see “Clustered HPC Application”) or providing job scheduling services for clustered HPC applications.
Cluster Node means a self-contained or virtual computer that communicates with other computers over a virtual or physical network to perform a common task.
Cluster Node means a physical or virtual server on which the Software components are running. Mirantis will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Customer with Mirantis Support for the Software as described below when a Customer submits a proper support request for Mirantis KaaS (each, an “Issue”). Any unauthorized use of Subscription Services is a material breach, such as (a) providing any of the Subscription Services to third parties, (b) using Subscription Services to support or maintain any software that is not deployed by Mirantis KaaS Software without purchasing Subscription Services for each Unit of such software, or (c) using Mirantis KaaS on Units in excess of Units authorized in this Agreement.
