CLP Power definition

CLP Power. CLP Power Hong Kong Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong with limited liability which is a direct wholly- owned subsidiary of CLP Holdings “connected person(s)” has the meaning ascribed to it under the Listing Rules
CLP Power means CLP Power Hong Kong Limited, including its successors and assigns.
