Clover Service definition

Clover Service means the website associated with the Clover Service, the object code version of Clover software applications (whether owned or licensed by Clover) resident on a Device at the time we provide you with the Device and the object code version of the software that enables the applications resident on a Device at the time of provisioning, and any related updates (including software maintenance or bug fixes) that are designed to assist with the management of your business and enable payment processing at the point of sale, and any materials, documentation and derivative works released by Processor from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, the term software in the preceding sentence does not include any software that may be obtained by you separately from the Clover Service (e.g., any applications downloaded by you through an application marketplace). The Clover Service is deemed part of the “Services,” as defined in and provided under the Agreement.
Clover Service means the website associated with the Clover Service, the object code version of Clover software applications (whether owned or licensed by Clover) resident on a Device at the time you are provided with the Device and the object code version of the software that enables the applications resident on a Device at the time of provisioning, and any related updates (including software maintenance or bug fixes) and any materials, documentation and derivative works released by FDMS from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, the term software in the preceding sentence does not include any software that may be obtained by you separately from the Clover Service (e.g., any applications or software downloaded by you through an application marketplace). The Clover Service is deemed part of the “Services,” as defined in and provided under the Agreement.
Clover Service means the services provided by Processor under this Agreement that enable the capture, management, and transmission of information for payments processing through your use of the Clover System. The Clover Service is deemed part of the “Services,” as defined in and provided under the Agreement.

Examples of Clover Service in a sentence

  • If TransArmor software is resident on your Device at the time we provide you with the Device and therefore part of the Clover Service, it will be used to perform such encryption and tokenization (“TransArmor Service”) and the additional terms set forth in Section 38 apply.

  • Any other party’s access and/or use of the Clover Service with your unique username, password, or other appropriate security code.

  • If you decide to use Third Party Services, you will be responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms and conditions associated with Third Party Services (including obtaining and maintaining any required third party hardware and/or software that is required for the Third Party Services to work with the Clover Service).

  • We may require you to register and create a “Member” or “Merchant” account to use the Clover Service.

  • The Clover Service may contain links to Third Party Services (e.g., an application marketplace).

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that your account numbers, passwords, security questions and answers, login details and any other security or access information used by you to use or access the Clover Service are kept safe and confidential.

  • We reserve the right to deny you access to the Clover Service, in whole or in part, if we believe that any loss, theft or unauthorized use of any Account Data or access information has occurred.

  • This consent applies to all future Disclosures sent to you in connection with the Clover Service, the Agreement, or your use of the Clover Service or the Services as defined in the Agreement.

  • Your use of the Clover Service may be subject to: (a) the terms of your agreements with your Internet/data provider; and (b) the availability or uptime of the services provided by your Internet/data provider.

  • All data collected from you at www.clover.com or in connection with your use of the Clover Service, including Customer Information and information about your business and employees used with or stored in or by the Clover Services (collectively, “Account Data”), is collected by Clover and not Processor or Bank; therefore, the use and sharing of such Account Data is controlled by the Clover Privacy Policy (available at https://www.clover.com/privacy_policy).

Clover Service means (i) the website associated with the Clover Service, if any, but not any website associated with an application marketplace accessible via the Clover Service; (ii) the object code version of the software applications resident on a Device at the time BAMS provides CUSTOMER with the Device or “pushed” to CUSTOMER’s Device by BAMS, but excluding any such software applications developed by the BANK; (iii) the object code version of the software that enables such applications listed in (ii) above; (iv) PAN Data Protection; (v) BAMS-provided internet-based services, and (vi) any related updates (including software maintenance or bug fixes), materials, documentation and derivative works released by BAMS from time to time, all of which are designed to assist with the management of CUSTOMER’s business and to facilitate the provision of certain Services (e.g., payment processing) under the Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the term software in the preceding sentence does not include any software that may be obtained by CUSTOMER separately from the Clover Service (e.g., any applications downloaded by CUSTOMER through an application marketplace). The Clover Service is deemed part of the “Services,” as defined in and provided under the Agreement.

Related to Clover Service

  • Customer Service means Company’s customer service telephone service department or representatives.

  • Water Service means the procurement, treatment, and distribution of water for domestic use or any other purpose for which water can be used.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Service Road means a road or lane provided at the front, rear or side of a plot for service purpose;

  • Company Service means the Company's email, Internet, security management services provided to End Users for the purposes of conducting Company's internal business.

  • Individual service plan means the written description of services, supports, and activities to be provided to an individual.

  • 911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.

  • energy service provider means a natural or legal person who delivers energy services or other energy efficiency improvement measures in a final customer’s facility or premises;
