Examples of Cloudera Software in a sentence

  • Cloudera and its licensors and suppliers retain all right, title and interest in and to: (a) Cloudera Online Services including any and all underlying technology related thereto; (b) Documentation; (c) Sample VPCs; (d) Sample Data; (e) Cloudera Software; (f) all Cloudera trademarks and logos included in any of the foregoing, and (g) any derivative works or modifications of any of the foregoing, including all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto (collectively, the “Cloudera Technology”).

For avoidance of doubt, Cloudera Software does not include software that is subject to an open source license. “Intellectual Property Rights” means all patents, copyrights, moral rights, trademarks, trade secrets and any other form of intellectual property rights recognized in any jurisdiction, including applications and registrations for any of the foregoing.

Cloudera Software means, for purposes of the Agreement, the hosted software that is part of a Cloudera Online Service, or any software distributed to Customer as part of and/or to enable the delivery of Cloudera Online Services (including software deployed to a Workload Environment and/or On-Premise/Private Cloud Environment, as such terms are defined in the Cloudera Product & Service Data Policy).
