Cloud Voice Services definition

Cloud Voice Services means Your UNIVERGE BLUE® CONNECT and Cloud PBX voice communications service (including all real-time and other voice services), Cloud Fax, audio conferencing services, and SIP Trunking. For purposes of clarification, the termCloud Voice” as defined for purposes of this SLA does not include Company’s UNIVERGE BLUE® MEET Online Meeting video conferencing or UNIVERGE BLUE® SHARE backup and file sharing services that are delivered as part of the UNIVERGE BLUE® CONNECT offering.
Cloud Voice Services means Your Intermedia Unite and Cloud PBX voice communications service (including all real-time and other voice services), Cloud Fax, audio conferencing services and SIP Trunking. For purposes of clarification, the termCloud Voice” as defined for purposes of this SLA does not include the AnyMeeting video conferencing or SecuriSync backup and file sharing services that are delivered as part of the Intermedia Unite offering.

Examples of Cloud Voice Services in a sentence

  • This may require specific Cloud Voice Services to be suspended during the maintenance period.

  • The total Service Availability Credit due to You for any Cloud Voice Services affected may not exceed fifty percent (50%) of the monthly fees charged for use of the affected Cloud Voice Service during the month for which the Service Availability Credit is to be issued, unless the amount to be credited is less than one dollar ($1.00), in which case the credit amount will be one dollar ($1.00).

  • Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Cloud Voice Services as defined by the plan or plans purchased or subscribed to under Your Account.

  • Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify You in advance of any Scheduled Maintenance that may adversely affect Your use of the Cloud Voice Services.

  • Use of the Cloud Voice Services following expiry of the Minimum Term will be subject to the Supplier’s standard published Tariffs.

  • The Customer acknowledges that an Emergency Call made via Cloud Voice Services in a different location from the one that is registered in Order Form, is transmitted to the control centre indicating the registered Site and not the location of the Cloud Voice Services and can therefore mean that any Emergency Services response will be sent to an incorrect location.

  • This schedule, which contains a description of the Cloud Voice Services form part of the Agreement entered into between the Parties for the provision of the Cloud Voice Services.

  • The Supplier shall have no liability for loss of Service that occurs as a result of a power cut at the Site(s) in which the Cloud Voice Services are installed.

  • Cloud Voice Services allows the delivery of incoming calls to users in a predetermined and configured routing set up through ▇▇▇▇ groups.

  • Calls to UK Mobile destinations from the Cloud Voice Services shall be chargeable as per Supplier’s standard Tariffs Calls to emergency services are supported by the service including within the mobile client within the UK.
