This Cloud Support Service Level Agreement (“Cloud SLA”) is supplemental to and incorporated into the applicable SaaS Agreement, UCA, and other applicable Supplemental Terms.

Bubble will configure the Cloud Support Service to reflect Customer’s project and portfolio management processes, as agreed by the parties in the relevant Statement of Work.

Bubble warrants that (i) it will provide the Cloud Support Service in a manner consistent with general industry standards reasonably applicable to the provision thereof; (ii) Bubble warrants that it will perform the Cloud Support Services in a professional, workmanlike manner.
The total Cloud Support Service fee of £[ ].00 is due on the Effective Date in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
