Cloud Services Provider definition

Cloud Services Provider or “CSP” means a third-party provider of Cloud Services to End Users through a network of authorized cloud services resellers.
Cloud Services Provider means a virtual private cloud infrastructure provider. Cloud Service Providers are Third Party Providers with respect to deployment of the Access Software on your virtual private cloud infrastructure.
Cloud Services Provider shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Annex 4 of Part A (Main) of the Supplier Terms;

  • Subscription Offerings for “1-2 Sockets or 1-2 Virtual Machines” can also be repurposed as Virtual Machines on any Virtualization Host, Virtualization Environment or with any SUSE certified Cloud Services Provider (CSP).

  • Customer is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary rights and consents to enter its data and content into the Cloud Services Provider accessible by the Subscription Services and hereby warrants that providing access to its data and content to Provider under the Agreement will not violate or infringe the rights of any third party.

  • Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the Buyer agrees that the terms set out in the Cloud Services Provider’s Third Party Agreement shall apply to the Processing of Personal Data by the Cloud Services Provider.

  • Partner may only use Derivative Cloud Target System Images created or derived from the Cloud Target System Image that has been provided by BlackBerry; each of (i) and (ii) only for Partnership Purposes and only in the Cloud Computing Environment provided by an Authorized Cloud Services Provider.

  • Customer further warrants that having determined the Services are suitable for the intended use of this Agreement as of the time of the Agreement’s execution, Customer assumes sole responsibility for the security of the data and content entered into the Cloud Services Provider accessible by the Subscription Services, and Provider shall have no liability therefor.


More Definitions of Cloud Services Provider

Cloud Services Provider means an on-demand cloud computing service that includes a Platform as a Service (PaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) that may be used by the Contractor on either a paid subscription basis, or paid for by the CAO.
Cloud Services Provider means a provider of public cloud services whose infrastructure is being accessed or consumed by either the Supplier or Customer as part of any jointly agreed solution or service. Such Cloud Service Providers specifically include, but are not limited to, Oracle, Microsoft, Amazon and Google.
Cloud Services Provider means the third party hosting provider used by Crimson Tide to host the Hosted Solution; “Contract” means these terms and conditions (including the attached Schedule) and the Order.
