Cloud Services Provider definition

Cloud Services Provider or “CSP” means a third-party provider of Cloud Services to End Users through a network of authorized cloud services resellers.

  • The Standard Conditions for security shall be observed by the Framework Agreement Contractor, its Cloud Services Provider (irrespective of part) and, if applicable, the Contracting Authority.

  • Customer is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary rights and consents to enter its data and content into the Cloud Services Provider accessible by the Subscription Services and hereby warrants that providing access to its data and content to Provider under the Agreement will not violate or infringe the rights of any third party.

  • Irrespective of the provisions set out in the Standard Conditions, the Framework Agreement Contractor and its Cloud Services Provider may handle – e.g. store, process, or disclose – the Contracting Authority’s Information solely to the extent necessary to provide the Public Cloud Computing Services and in accordance with the Contracting Authority's instructions.

  • No representation of warranty, expressed or implied, is or will be made as to the reliability, accuracy or the completeness of any of the information contained herein, it shall not be assumed that there shall be no deviation or change in any of the herein mentioned information on the Cloud Services Provider.


More Definitions of Cloud Services Provider

Cloud Services Provider means a virtual private cloud infrastructure provider. Cloud Service Providers are Third Party Providers with respect to deployment of the Software on your virtual private cloud infrastructure.
Cloud Services Provider means the third-party hosting provider used by Crimson Tide to host the Hosted Solution;
Cloud Services Provider means a provider of public cloud services whose infrastructure is being accessed or consumed by either the Supplier or Customer as part of any jointly agreed solution or service. Related to Cloud Services Provider

  • Regulatory Services Provider means the organization which provides regulatory services to BSEF pursuant to a Regulatory Services Agreement.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
