Cloud Service Software means the software included in the SAP ERP PCE Cloud Service as part of the Cloud Service. 云服务软件只能作为客户租用的 SAP ERP PCE 云服务的一部分进行访问，并且只能与之一起使用。“云服务软件”是指作为云服务一部分包含在SAP ERP PCE 云服务中的软件。

• The Parties shall comply with such laws and regulations governing use, export, re-export, and transfer of the Cloud Service, Software and related technology and will obtain all required local and extraterritorial authorizations, permits or licenses.

• Customer has the right to develop and use Modifications and/or Customer Add- ons and use Additional Add-ons to the SAP Cloud Service Software in furtherance of its permitted use of the Cloud Service under this Agreement.

• For avoidance of doubt, support services and Mainstream Maintenance (or where applicable, Extended Maintenance) elements provided under this Agreement are solely for the Cloud Service Software and must not be used to support any other SAP products or third-party solutions.

• Customer is responsible for testing and resolving source code, compatibility issues, security vulnerabilities or other conflicts that may arise from Modifications and Add-ons permitted under this Agreement and any patches or workarounds or other changes provided by SAP for the Cloud Service Software, in a timely manner.

• Cisco reserves all rights to the Cloud Service, Software and Materials that are not expressly granted under this Agreement.

• Customer must only use a version or release of the Cloud Service Software for which software maintenance and support are current, as provided by SAP.

• Customer is responsible for evaluating the results of such checks to ensure that implemented business processes, backend and frontend applications and integrations are running after changes to the Cloud Service Software.

• BlueCat grants to Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable, revocable and limited license to use the Ancillary Cloud Service Software during the applicable Subscription Period solely for Customer’s internal business purposes.

• For RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition only, if Customer is (i) not using a Current release of the Cloud Service Software or (ii) has less than nine (9) months remaining (as of the start date of the Order Form) until the release is no longer Current, Customer shall upgrade its production environment of the Cloud Service Software to the Current release as described in SAP’s RISE Limited Maintenance Policy available at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇/about/agreements/policies.html.

• As such, use of Cloud Service Software that is not current is at the Customer’s own discretion and risk.
