Cloud Resources definition

Cloud Resources means all library content provided by the Parties for upload into the Bibliotheca cloudLibrary for the mutual benefit, access and/or use of the Parties and their Libraries.
Cloud Resources means AWS cloud usage services consumed by the Customer.
Cloud Resources means any resource created within your public cloud provider, such as virtual machines or virtual networks;

Examples of Cloud Resources in a sentence

  • Each Library shall submit an annual report of their overall materials budget if their expenditure on Cloud Resources is less than $10,000 per fiscal year.

  • Each Library shall submit an annual report of expenditures on Cloud Resources in the preceding fiscal year as set by that Party to the Coordinating Committee annually by not later than January 1st.

  • Available Cloud Resources may be checked out by any cardholder of a participating Library.

  • We refer to it as the Efficient Cloud Resources Allocation Engine (ECRAE).

  • The Customer shall not store or transmit Protected Information via a Provider’s services or any Cloud Resources (as defined in the relevant Order) unless and until the Customer and such Provider have executed a Data Protection Order concerning such Protected Information and the Cloud Resources (as defined in the relevant Order) to be used to transmit and store such Protected Information.

  • Landed Resources means when the Contractor or its Sub-contractor causes foreign nationals to be brought to the United Kingdom, to provide the Services.
