Cloud Portal definition

Cloud Portal means the website through which Customer accesses and uses the Cloud Program. The Cloud Portal provides access to the Cloud Program according to Customer’s rights, and further provides access to additional Cloud Services, as made available by Hexagon.
Cloud Portal means the online portal found at xxxxx://xxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/ which is used by SISW in case SISW is required to grant Authorized Users remote access to the Mendix Platform.

  • Integration of Employee Central with Cloud for Service and SAP Cloud Portal is included.

  • In the event of a Security Incident, Hexagon will provide a Security Incident report to the Customer or its Affiliates via the support website or Cloud Portal (as applicable).

  • Oracle will invoice You for the excess usage of the Oracle IaaS and PaaS Cloud Services at the Overage Unit Net Price specified in the rate card of Your order or as seen in the Cloud Portal.You may set quotas, alerts and use other monitoring tools within the Cloud Portal to assist You in managing and tracking Your usage.

  • Until January 21, 2021 there will be no charge for the use of this Cloud Service; after January 21, 2021, You will be charged at the hourly rate that is in the rate card attached to Your order or as seen in the Cloud Portal.

  • Upon extending the term of the Services Period and increasing the amount of the Funded Allocation Value through a new order or modification of Your existing order, You will receive the Cloud Services category discounts specified in the rate card attached to Your new order or modification of the existing order or as seen in the Cloud Portal.

  • A web browser will automatically open up to Navicat Cloud Portal.

Basic residence and business line services are Basic Exchange Telecommunications Services. As used solely in the context of this Agreement and unless otherwise agreed, Basic Exchange Telecommunications Service includes access to ancillary services such as 911, directory assistance and operator services. "Xxxx Date" means the date on which a Billing period ends, as identified on the xxxx.
