The Customer agrees and acknowledges that the Cloud Platform Vendor Terms may be updated or replaced from time to time without notice, and the Customer must comply with those terms as they are updated.
Hosting platform means a person or entity who, pursuant to an
online platform means a provider of a hosting service which, at the request of a recipient of the service, stores and disseminates to the public information, unless that activity is a minor and purely ancillary feature of another service and, for objective and technical reasons cannot be used without that other service, and the integration of the feature into the other service is not a means to circumvent the applicability of this Regulation.
Trading Platform means any online trading platform made available to the Client by the Company for placing orders, requesting quotes for trades, receiving price information and market related news as well as having a real-time revaluation of the open positions, through the Internet;
Social media platform means any internet-based platform, including those which may be accessed through an app, through which users are able to create and/or share content that is accessible to members of the public, and includes, but is not limited to, sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, Clubhouse, Pinterest, Tumblr, Google+, and YouTube.
