CLOUD LICENSE definition

CLOUD LICENSE shall be the license that is hosted in REALIS’s network and made available to the LICENSEE via the CLOUD LICENSE SERVER whilst the LICENSEE has a valid internet connection.
CLOUD LICENSE means a License that is hosted on the Licensor’s cloud (provided by a third-party supplier). The Licensor may in its discretion offer the Licensee a Cloud License upon request.
CLOUD LICENSE. A “Cloud” Software license is a Software license that authorizes you to deploy our Software and used it for the Permitted Activities subject to this Agreement on one or more cloud-based service provider platforms from which you obtain cloud-based services.
