Cloud Hosting Services means the cloud hosting services to be provided by the Supplier as more particularly described in the Service Definition and the Offer Letter, which form part of the Services;

Examples of Cloud Hosting Services in a sentence

  • This data will be processed by Odoo SA when the Customer instructs so, by using any of the Services that require a database (e.g. the Cloud Hosting Services or the Database Upgrade Service), or if the Customer transfers their database or a part of their database to Odoo SA for any reason pertaining to this Agreement.

  • However, to the maximum extent permitted under the Australian Consumer Law, the Supplier makes no warranties that the Cloud Hosting Services will be error or interruption free, or that the Supplier will correct all errors, or that the Cloud Hosting Services will meet Client requirements or expectations.

  • The Supplier will during the term as set out in the Order, issue an invoice for access to the Cloud Hosting Services and for the following month.

  • Company shall maintain backup servers and data communications connections to such servers and maintain backups of Licensee Content on such backup servers such that Company shall be capable of providing Cloud Hosting Services on and from such backup servers within twenty-four (24) hours of any catastrophic disruption of Cloud Hosting Services (“Disaster Recovery”).

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Company shall use its best commercial efforts to provide the Cloud Hosting Services for twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week throughout the term of this Agreement.

  • When so indicated as an additional service in an ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ will provide Managed Cloud Hosting Services to Subscriber in accordance with the Support Service Policy and the Service Level Agreement at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/cloud/managed/sla, and subject to the following additional terms.

  • Licensee selecting Standard Cloud Hosting Services will receive Updates Change Events made available by Company which shall be applied with 30 days of its General Availability at such a date determined solely by the Company.

  • Licensee shall be billed for the Infinite Campus Services, as described in the Cloud Hosting Services Agreement, in accordance with the payment terms set forth in Section 3.0 of this Agreement.
