Cloud Host definition

Cloud Host means Reseller’s third party Cloud services contractor, from time to time, which Reseller will cause the Cloud Services to be provided by and through.
Cloud Host is a CJIS-compliant cloud hosting service that hosts the Valcour Software and Services, providing remote Software access and system administration to one or more Partner Agencies.

  • This Agreement (including the BAA) and the applicable provisions of the Cloud Host Provider Terms constitute the entire Agreement between CSD and Customer with respect to the subject matter hereof, shall supersede any and all previous agreements, whether oral or in writing, between the Parties with regard to such subject matter, and shall supersede and render inoperable any end user license agreements between the Parties related to the CSD ICC Platform.
