Cloud Data definition

Cloud Data means any information, data, files, documents, objects, software applications, and any other information that the Cloud Customer uploads into the cloud, or causes to be created or processed within the cloud, in accordance with the provision of Cloud Services to that Cloud Customer;
Cloud Data means any information, data, files, documents, objects, software, applications, and any other information that you upload into the Catalyst Cloud in accordance with the provision of Cloud Services to you;
Cloud Data mean any materials provided or developed by OrangeApps (independently or with the School’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Consulting Services to the School. Cloud Data do not include the Customer Data, Customer Confidential Information or the Cloud Service.

Examples of Cloud Data in a sentence

  • During the applicable Term, if Google’s Cloud Data Protection Team receives a request from a data subject in relation to Customer Personal Data, and the request identifies Customer, Google will advise the data subject to submit their request to Customer.

  • Customer must send any requests for reviews of the SOC 2 report under Section 7.5.1 or audits under Section 7.5.2(a) or 7.5.2(b) to Google’s Cloud Data Protection Team as described in Section 12 (Cloud Data Protection Team; Processing Records).

  • Google’s Cloud Data Protection Team can be contacted by Customer’s Administrators at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/a/contact/googlecloud_dpr (while Administrators are signed in to their Admin Account) and/or by Customer by providing a notice to Google as described in the applicable Agreement.

  • During the Term, if Google’s Cloud Data Protection Team receives a request or instruction from a third party purporting to be a controller of Customer Personal Data, Google will advise the third party to contact Customer.

  • During the Term, if Google’s Cloud Data Protection Team receives a request from a data subject that relates to Customer Personal Data and identifies Customer, Google will: (a) advise the data subject to submit their request to Customer; (b) promptly notify Customer; and (c) not otherwise respond to that data subject’s request without authorization from Customer.

  • This does not include an audit of eGain's Cloud Data Centers for which eGain provides extensive certification and documentation.

  • Google will only access, use, and otherwise process Customer Data in accordance with the Cloud Data Processing Addendum and will not access, use, or process Customer Data for any other purpose.

  • Material changes to the URL Terms will become effective 30 days after notice is given, except that (i) materially adverse SLA changes will become effective 90 days after notice is given and (ii) changes applicable to new Services or functionality or the Cloud Data Processing Addendum, or that are required by applicable law, will be effective immediately.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);
