Cloud Choice definition

Cloud Choice means the model that is offered by SAP to Partner under this Cloud Choice STC and which is set out in more detail in the Cloud Choice Guide.

  • Partner understands and accepts that under the Cloud Choice model, Partner engages with End Users in two distinct stages (“Consider & Select” and “Adopt & Operate”) and that an End User has the right to change to a new partner at any time after the Consider & Select stage.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, commissions are subject to certain thresholds as set forth in the Cloud Choice Guide.

  • Partner has no actual, apparent, or ostensible authority to act on behalf of SAP, unless expressly stated in this Cloud Choice STC.

  • In the event that Partner decides to offer the Cloud Services under another model, then an opportunity shall not be submitted and no Order Form will be generated under this Cloud Choice STC.

  • In advance of submitting an opportunity to SAP and/or making an offer to an End User, Partner must decide whether Partner intends to offer the respective Cloud Services under this Cloud Choice STC or offer them under another model.

  • During the Consider & Select cycle, Partner shall deliver the Consider & Select activities (including pre-sales and sales activities) as set forth in the Cloud Choice Guide through and up until the initial Order Form has been duly executed.

  • Either Party may terminate this Cloud Choice STC for convenience with three months’ prior written notice.

  • Group health plan means an employee welfare benefit plan as defined in section 3(1) of subtitle A of title I of the employee retirement income security act of 1974, Public Law 93-406, 29 USC 1002, to the extent that the plan provides medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care to employees or their dependents as defined under the terms of the plan directly or through insurance, reimbursement, or otherwise.

  • Oracle “we,” “us,” or “our”) and (“You”). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions that govern orders placed under this Agreement.

  • Cloud BPO Support means the then-current technical support services SAP provides to Provider for the SAP Cloud Services as described in the Cloud BPO Schedule.

Consumer fireworks does not include low-impact fireworks.

  • We/Us/Our means TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited.

  • Cendant means Cendant Corporation, a Delaware corporation.

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Health plan or "health benefit plan" means any policy,

  • Broadridge means Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc.;

  • IMS means IMS Health Incorporated.

  • Homecare Worker means a provider, as described in OAR 411-031- 0040, that is directly employed by a consumer to provide either hourly or live-in services to the eligible consumer.

  • Sternlight means a white light placed as nearly as practicable at the stern showing an unbroken light over an arc of the horizon of 135 degrees and so fixed as to show the light 67.5 degrees from right aft on each side of the vessel.

  • Project Management Plan means the management plan that (i) sets out a high level workplan to describe the manner in which the Design-Builder will manage the Project, including to address related matters such as traffic management and communications, and (ii) is prepared by or for the Design-Builder and submitted to the Owner;

  • Medical cannabis card means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.

  • Helpdesk means the helpdesk facility provided by GBG to handle enquiries and administration for the Service.

  • ITT has the meaning given to it in the recitals to this Framework Agreement;

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.

  • Telehealth means the mode of delivering health care services and public health via information and communication technologies to facilitate the diagnosis, consultation, treatment, education, care management, and self-managements of a patient’s health care while the patient is at the originating site and the health care provider is at a distant site. Telehealth facilitates patient self-management and caregiver support for patients and includes synchronous interactions and asynchronous store and forward transfers.
