Cloud Account definition

Cloud Account means a unique Portal account assigned to a Cloud User, which is necessary for use of the Cloud Products, and used for purposes of management and billing associated with one or more Cloud Products.

  • Customer acknowledges and agrees that when Company is using the Cloud Account Information Company is using such information per Customer’s request and on Customer’s behalf.

  • Customer shall remain solely responsible and liable for, and release the Company from, any and all liability arising from, the Company’s authorized use of the Customer Data, Cloud Account Information and Additional Data (as applicable) as permitted herein.

  • You may apply and purchase a resident parking permit through your Tenant Cloud Account.

  • Prior to making the first purchase of VMware Offerings under a VMware Cloud Account, the Buyer will submit an order form as provided by the Supplier (“VMC Order Form”).

Related to Cloud Account

  • Online Account means the Bank account from which you will be conducting transactions using a Service;

  • AAVS Account means the account to which your Automatic Add Value Service is linked, as defined or specified in the relevant Application Form or such other account as notified to us by the Financial Institution or by the AAVS Account Holder from time to time;

  • Linked Account means any controlled disbursement account, controlled balance account or other deposit account maintained by a Collection Account Bank for the Parent, Performance Guarantor, Servicer, Originator or any Affiliate thereof and linked to any Collection Account by a zero balance account connection or other automated funding mechanism or controlled balance arrangement.

  • Subsidy Account If the Trust Estate contains any Subsidy Loans, the deposit account or accounts created and maintained by the Servicer for deposit of Subsidy Funds and amounts payable under interest subsidy agreements relating to mortgage loans other than the Mortgage Loans.

  • Investment Account As defined in Section 3.12(a).
