Closure Document. Upon completion of discussions, the results shall be reduced to writing and presented to the Board in the form of a closure document. The Board may adopt, modify, or reject the proposed modifications. If the Board rejects the modifications, the Board shall refer the area of disagreement back to Local 1 and the Board representatives. They shall submit the results of their discussions to the Board at the next regularly scheduled meeting following the conclusion of the discussions. The Board may adopt, modify, or reject those results.
