Closing TNE definition
Closing TNE means the sum of (i) One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00), plus (ii) the amount required to be maintained by PMNI as of the Closing Date as its minimum tangible net equity pursuant to and calculated in accordance with Section 1300.76 of the regulations promulgated pursuant to the ▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Health Care Service Plan Act of 1975.
