Closing Shift definition

Closing Shift means all closing shifts (as that term is understood in the retail store context) worked by Class Members during the Closing Shift Class Period where Defendants’ recordkeeping systems reflect a gap of 12 minutes or less between the Class Member’s end of shift clock-out time and the time the store’s alarm was set.
Closing Shift refers to each Shift in which a Class Member 14 clocked out at a California warehouse during the Settlement Period after the posted close of business.

Examples of Closing Shift in a sentence

  • Each Former Employee Participating Claimant shall receive $0.50 per Closing Shift that he/she worked during the Class Period, less applicable payroll tax withholding.

  • Each Current Employee Participating Claimant shall receive $0.50 per Closing Shift that he/she worked during the Class Period, less applicable payroll tax withholdings.
