Closing Date GRC Certificate definition

Closing Date GRC Certificate means a certificate from GRC in substantially the form of Exhibit G without any material exceptions.
Closing Date GRC Certificate means a certificate from GRC in substantially the form of Exhibit E without any material exceptions. “Closing Date HOA Opinions” means the opinions of counsels to Borrower executed and delivered on the Closing Date.
