Closing Capital Contribution definition

Closing Capital Contribution means the Capital Contribution to be made by the Members at or prior to the closing of the purchase of the Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Midstream Gathering System under the AMG Purchase Agreement, which Capital Contribution shall be in the amount specified opposite the name of each Member in Exhibit A.
