Closed-end Fund means a registered investment company that raises capital only once, by issuing a fixed number of shares. Closed-end funds are also known as Listed Investment Companies in Australia, and Investment Trusts in the U.K. Closed-end funds do not include funds typically known as “Exchange-Traded Funds” (“ETFs”) organized as open-end investment companies or unit investment trusts.
Closed portion means that portion of a facility which an owner or operator has closed in accordance with the approved facility closure plan and all applicable closure requirements. (See also “active portion” and “inactive portion”.)

Closed Meeting means a meeting from which the public is excluded.
Post-closure plan means a plan indicating the actions to be taken for the care, maintenance, and monitoring of the Development after closure, that will prevent, mitigate, or minimize the threat to public health and the environment;

Landfill cell means a discrete volume of a hazardous waste landfill which uses a liner to provide isolation of wastes from adjacent cells or wastes. Examples of landfill cells are trenches and pits.
Commissioning Date means that date when construction of the contemplated Project is complete, and the Maintenance Term commences;
Underground storage means storage of gas in a subsurface stratum or formation of the earth.
Landfill means a disposal facility or part of a facility where hazardous waste is placed in or on land and which is not a pile, a land treatment facility, a surface impoundment, an underground injection well, a salt dome formation, a salt bed formation, an underground mine, a cave, or a corrective action management unit.
Go-Live means to commence the actual productive use of the Software in a Production Environment (as opposed to use of the Software in a Non-Production Environment such as a training, testing or development environment).
Average active subscriber base means the number arrived by averaging the active subscriber base count in the manner specified in the Schedule VII of the Regulation.
