The device shall be of a type approved by the competent authority for this purpose; Closed vehicle means a vehicle having a body capable of being closed; Closed wagon means a wagon with sides and a fixed or movable roof.
Closed Session means a meeting or part of a meeting of a public body that is closed to the public.
Closed season means all times, manners of taking, and places
Closed Position means the opposite of an Open Position.
Closed-End Fund means any fund with a fixed number of shares and which does not issue and redeem shares on a continuous basis. While Closed-End Funds are often listed and trade on stock exchanges, they are not “Exchange traded funds” as defined below in the Covered Securities definition.
Closed portion means that portion of a facility which an owner or operator has closed in accordance with the approved facility closure plan and all applicable closure requirements. (See also “active portion” and “inactive portion”.)
