CLOSED LOCATIONS definition

CLOSED LOCATIONS means the Stores and ISWs listed on SCHEDULE 5.9 hereto which are to be closed prior to, concurrently with or after the Closing Date in accordance with SECTION 5.9.

CLOSED LOCATIONS means, as of any date of determination, all retail locations of the Company and its Subsidiaries that are closed at any time after the Closing Date and no longer open to conduct business. Closing Date - see Section 12.1.

  • Fixed location means a permanent place of doing business in this state, such as an office, warehouse, storefront, or similar location owned or controlled by an employer.

Terms not otherwise defined here but defined in the Act and the orders and the rules implementing the Act, shall have the meaning defined there. The definition of terms that are included here and are also defined in the Act, or its implementing orders or rules, are intended to include the definition as set forth in the Act and the rules implementing the Act.
