Closed Conversation definition

Closed Conversation means the Client (or anyone acting on behalf of the Client) has indicated, using the Services, that a Conversation is completed or otherwise resolved.

Examples of Closed Conversation in a sentence

  • A Conversation is engaged whenever there is: (i) a first Interaction to a new Conversation; (ii) a further Interaction to a Paused Conversation; or; (iii) the re-opening of a Closed Conversation by the Client.

Related to Closed Conversation

  • Closed Meeting means a meeting from which the public is excluded.

  • Closed Session means a meeting or part of a meeting of a public body that is closed to the public.

  • Closing Transactions has the meaning set forth in Section 11.8(a)(i) of these Bylaws.

  • Prospectus Amendment means any amendment to the Preliminary Prospectus or the Final Prospectus;

  • Scheduled Closing Time means, in respect of an Exchange or Related Exchange and a Scheduled Trading Day, the scheduled weekday closing time of such Exchange or Related Exchange on such Scheduled Trading Day, without regard to after hours or any other trading outside of the regular trading session hours.
