Closed Box definition

Closed Box. Product. Closed Box Product means Product returned in its original packaging and in undamaged and unused condition; or (ii) “Open Box” Product. Open Box Product means Product returned due to a defect or the failure of an end user to accept the Software License Agreement accompanying the Product; or (iii) discontinued product returned to Intuit no later than ninety (90) days following the “Effective Date of Discontinuation.” The Effective Date of Discontinuation of a Product shall mean the date of either: a) the release of a new version of an existing Product; or b) notice by Intuit of a discontinuation of a Product. Intuit reserves the right to modify its return policies upon reasonable prior notice.
