Closed Beta definition

Closed Beta means the secured and non-public testing of the Beta version of the Localized Game by a group of end users,selected by Licensee in consultation with HBS, and subject to a “clickthrough” Beta End User Rev. 12/7/2006 CONFIDENTIAL License Agreement to be provided by HBS (“Beta License Agreement”) prior to Open Beta, “Open Beta” means a secure testing by public applicants to the beta testing program, subject to the Beta License Agreement and subject to HBS’s and Flagship’s approval, of a follow up and new Beta version of the Localized Game prior to Commercial Release.
Closed Beta means Milestone 18- the Closed Beta Version of the Game is available for download by a select limited group of end users of the Platform, but with internal monetization features of the Game not yet activated such that end users are not yet able to purchase virtual items inside the Game.

Examples of Closed Beta in a sentence

  • The Closed Beta Test of the Game shall commence not later than ninety (90) days from acceptance of the Final Reviewed Local Language Version of the closed beta Client CD.

  • JCE shall continue after the launching of the Closed Beta Version in the Territory to provide T2 Entertainment with the technical assistance necessary for T2 Entertainment to launch its Open Beta Test of the Localized Game in the Territory before the initial date of the Open Beta Test.

  • Licensor shall provide to Licensee any necessary Documentation for the Closed Beta Test and Open Beta Test upon reasonable request by Licensee.

  • For the purpose of Closed Beta Test, JCE shall make such delivery within fourteen (14) days as of the Effective Date.

  • JCE, and its permitted successor and assignee, shall exclusively own all Intellectual Property Rights, in perpetuity and in all languages, embodied in or pertaining to the Localized Game (including, without limitation, the Closed Beta Version and the Open Beta Version) and any and all Promotional Materials and Game Materials created by JCE, and T2 Entertainment hereby makes a full, irrevocable assignment, in perpetuity, to JCE of all such Intellectual Property Rights.

  • JCE shall provide T2 Entertainment with all necessary technical assistance, and shall assist T2 Entertainment in the improvement and perfection of translating from Korean to Mandarin Chinese (using simplified characters), which is necessary for T2 Entertainment to launch its Closed Beta Version of the Game in the Territory before the initial date of Closed Beta Test.

  • Licensee shall commence the Open Beta Test not later than ninety (90) days from the date of launch of the Closed Beta Test.

  • Upon effective delivery of each relevant Deliverable, Licensee will promptly commence the applicable testing of such Deliverable and cause the commencement of the Closed Beta Service, Open Beta Service or Commercial Launch, as applicable.

  • Manufacturer will provide the support or warranty service for the Closed Beta Test Material described in the Exhibit and no other support or services.

  • If T2 has or acquires any Intellectual Property Rights in or to the Licensed Software (including, without limitation, the Closed Beta Version, Open Beta Version and Commercial Version) or any Promotional Materials, Game Materials, Marks or other materials to which T2 is not entitled to joint ownership pursuant to the first sentence of this Section 9.1, T2 shall assign such Intellectual Property Rights to SEGA and/or JCE as instructed by SEGA without additional consideration.

Related to Closed Beta

  • Closed portion means that portion of a facility which an owner or operator has closed in accordance with the approved facility closure plan and all applicable closure requirements. (See also “active portion” and “inactive portion”.)

  • Closed Session means a meeting or part of a meeting of a public body that is closed to the public.

  • Closed-End Fund means any fund with a fixed number of shares and which does not issue and redeem shares on a continuous basis. While Closed-End Funds are often listed and trade on stock exchanges, they are not “Exchange traded funds” as defined below in the Covered Securities definition.

  • Closed Position means the opposite of an Open Position.

  • Closed-End Funds has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b).
