Close Only Mode definition

Close Only Mode means the platform’s mode that only allows the Client to close Open Positions.
Close Only Mode the state of the Platform in relation to a certain market of tokens (type of tokens) and (or) Clients who are residents of certain states or located in certain jurisdictions, which is introduced (can be introduced) by the Company (without notifying the Client about it, if not otherwise determined by the Company) in the cases provided for in this Document and (or) in the relevant White Paper declarations approved by the head of the Company, and (or) in other cases determined by the Company at its discretion, and is characterized by the following: The Client does not have the right to purchase tokens of a certain market (tokens of a certain type) at token trading (in the “Trading” section (mode) on the Platform) or otherwise and begin Leverage operations in relation to such tokens (including sending (placing on the Platform) the corresponding applications); The Client has the right to alienate tokens of a certain market (tokens of a certain type) during token trading (in the “Trading” section (mode) on the Platform) or in another manner determined by the Company, and complete (terminate) Leverage operations in relation to such tokens (including sending (post) relevant applications on the Platform).

Examples of Close Only Mode in a sentence

  • If the Client does not provide valid and updated information within fifteen (15) calendar days after the documents have expired, the account(s) will be set to Close Only Mode (the Client will not be permitted to open any new Transactions or increase exposure under existing Transactions, but the Client will be permitted to close, partially close or reduce exposure, under existing Transactions).

  • If the Company disables the Client’s account to Close Only Mode, it means that the Client shall not be permitted to open any new Transactions or increase exposure under existing Transactions, but the Client shall be permitted to close, part close or reduce exposure under the existing Transactions.

  • If the Company disables the Client’s Trading Account to Close Only Mode, it means that the Client shall not be permitted to open any new Transactions or increase exposure under existing Transactions, but the Client shall be permitted to close, part close or reduce exposure under the existing Transactions.

  • In the event that the Client has failed to do so, the Company shall switch the Trading Account to Close Only Mode as stated above until any of the erroneous Orders is effective.

  • The right of the Company to switch the Trading Account to Close Only Mode hereunder is subject to prior notification of the Client.

  • If the Company switches the Client’s Trading Account to Close Only Mode, it means that the Client shall not be permitted to open any new Transactions or increase exposure under existing Transactions, but the Client shall be permitted to close, part close or reduce exposure under the existing Transactions.

  • In the event that FT INVEST determines, in its sole discretion, that an Order(s) submitted by the Client is clearly erroneous, FT INVEST reserves the right to disable the relevant account of the Client to Close Only Mode.

  • The Company shall give the Client either oral or a written (includes electronic) notice of its intention to switch the Trading Account to Close Only Mode.

  • If the Company disables the Client’s trading account to Close Only Mode, it means that the Client shall not be permitted to open any new Transactions or increase exposure under existing Transactions, but the Client shall be permitted to close, part close or reduce exposure under the existing Transactions.

  • The Company reserves the right to disable any account of the Client to Close Only Mode without prior notification.

Related to Close Only Mode

  • Close of Business on any given date shall mean 5:00 P.M., New York City time, on such date; provided, however, that if such date is not a Business Day it shall mean 5:00 P.M., New York City time, on the next succeeding Business Day.

  • Close of Trading means the Scheduled Closing Time of the Relevant Stock Exchange with respect to the Fund or any Successor Fund; and

  • Interest-Only Period means the period from and including the first Borrowing Date and through and including the sixteenth (16th) Payment Date following the first Borrowing Date.

  • close links means a situation in which two or more natural or legal persons are linked by:

  • Close-Out Date means a day on which, pursuant to the provisions of Section 8.1, the Non-Defaulting Party closes out Currency Obligations and/or Options or such close-out occurs automatically. "Closing Gain", as to the Non-Defaulting Party, means the difference described as such in relation to a particular Value Date under the provisions of Section 8.1.
