CLOs definition

CLOs means collateralized loan obligations.
CLOs means securitized interests in a pool of loans, which interests are commonly referred to as “collateralized loan obligations”.
CLOs means securitized fixed income debt securities primarily backed by pools of senior secured first-lien loans, second-lien loans, senior unsecured loans or DIP collateral obligations and shall not include residual or equity tranches of CLOs, which will be deemed to be Alternative Assets, nor select securities purchased into the Private Placement portfolio.
