Shipper may submit nominations after such deadline up to 1:00 P.M. Central Clock Time for the upcoming gas day.
For the purpose of billing and accounting for the gas delivered hereunder, the day shall begin at 9:00 a.m. Central Clock Time and extend to 9:00 a.m. the following day, and the month (hereinafter called “billing month”) shall begin at 9:00 a.m. Central Clock Time on the first (1st) day of the calendar month and extend to 9:00 a.m. on the first (1st) day of the following calendar month.

Counterparty’s payment to Manager in accordance with Section 7.01 shall be deemed timely if made by wire transfer no later than two o’clock (2:00) p.m. Central Clock Time on the Business Day prior to each payment due date or three (3) Business Days after receipt of the invoices and statements, whichever is later.
The period commencing at 9:00 a.m., Central Clock Time, on the first day of a calendar month and ending at 9:00 a.m., Central Clock Time, on the first day of the next succeeding month.

If BUYER receives the invoice and supporting documents after 4:30 P.M. Eastern Clock Time, then the immediately following Business Day shall be deemed to be the date of receipt for purposes of determining payment due date.
