Clock Stop definition

Clock Stop means the period of time during which the Response Time or Reaction Time (as applicable) is deemed to be paused.5.3 REQUEST FOR SERVICE(a) A “Request for Service” is a request from the Customer to Hexagon for information, advice, or a change to an application or for a new function to be costed. Requests for Service are not covered by Support Services under these Support Terms. The most common type of Requests for Service are:
