Clock Start Date definition
Clock Start Date means the date on which new safety information is obtained that affect the regulatory due dates for the reporting of ADR. For domestic cases (i.e. if suspected ADR occurred in the Territory), the clock starts with the receipt of the MI by any personnel of KANGZHE. This day of clock start is considered to be the day zero (0). For foreign cases (i.e. if suspected ADR occurred outside of the Territory), the clock starts as follows: (1) if a foreign case is first received by KANGZHE, the clock starts upon receipt by any personnel of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇; (2) if a foreign case is first received by ▇▇▇▇, the clock starts upon the receipt by any personnel of ▇▇▇▇ as stated in the CIOMS I form provided by ▇▇▇▇ via ICON to KANGZHE.
